Following in the footsteps of Kathrine Swizter, she ran as part of eight pioneering athletes, who took to the streets of the city to show the world what women were capable of. Since then, more than 250,000 women have followed in their footsteps and tested themselves at one of the world's greatest road racing experiences. On 18 April, thousands more will join them.
